Graduating from Dutchess Community College, Marist College and Seton Hall University School of Law, Ray has been a pillar of the legal community and member of the New York & New Jersey Bar since 1999.​

 

A practicing attorney before all courts in New York State, Ray is admitted to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, Southern District of New York, District Court of New Jersey. In 2023 Ray was appointed and later elected as the Town of Fishkill Judge.​

 

Beyond his legal expertise and experience however, Ray is an active member in the community. A lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, he has served as a member on several Boards and Committees and is also a member of many local social clubs.  Ray also is the Girls Varsity Tennis coach at Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie.

 

Ray lives in Fishkill with his wife, Tara, and their three children.
